What type of warranty's are available?
New roofing products have different warranty's depending on the material used. Ask us for a product brochure for more information on your specific product.
What is a cool roof? Can I get one?
There are many products that are made for 'cool roofs' including composition shingles and metal roof panels in both corrugated and flat panels. What you need to know is that a true 'cool roof' starts from the underlayment and works up through the layers to the roofing material that is installed on top. It is a system; not just a one and done. SO yes, if you already have regular plywood installed on your house you can still have 'cool roof' roofing product installed, however it won't be AS effective and it isn't considered a true 'cool roof'. 'Cool Roof' roofing products are usually lighter in color to reflect more light or in the case of some metal panels, some of which have a special paint coating that comes in different colors designed to reflect more light, and thus more heat off your roof.
