Performance Roofing is looking for "Journeyman roofers" Experienced with safety fall protection.

>>  Metal roofs
>>  Slate roofs
>>  Asphalt composition shingles
>>  Tile roofs 
>>  TPO / EPDM flat decks
>>  Re-Roof
>>  Repairs
>>  Tear-off
>>  Dry rot repair

We are competitive in pay and offer a flexible schedule. Performance Roofing uses fall safety gear and adheres to OSHA safety regulations. This is a M-F position, with occasional weekends possible but not usual. 

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
> Legally authorized to work in the United States 
> Must be at least 18 years old 
> Must have at least 2 years experience in installing roofs:
Composition, metal, tile, slate, low slope, steep, re-roofs, repairs, TPO, flat deck. Gutter knowledge is a plus.
> Must be able to lift 75+ lbs, twist, bend, climb ladders, use fall safety gear.
> Dependability
> Clean Driving Record
> CA Drivers license and own transportation 
> Does not use illegal substances 
> Good communication skills
> Willing to commute up to 1+/- hour for jobs as needed 
> Must have long term vision for growth with the company
